Summer Stillness: A cooling Sunday sound + breath journey for rest, release and inner grounding
In the heat and fullness of summer, the body often longs for a moment of stillness.
A space to soften.
To be held.
To return inward.
To let the nervous system exhale.
Summer Stillness is an intimate sound experience created as a cooling Sunday afternoon reset — a space to lie down, listen, receive, and allow the body to come back into a deeper state of rest.
We will begin with a short spoken introduction and gentle breath practices to help the body arrive, soften and open. From there, the breath will slowly lead into sound, vibration and stillness.
Martina will guide you into a quiet inner landscape where the mind can settle, the body can soften, and spirit can come forward.
You can come for yourself, with someone you love, or simply as a way to mark this Sunday with presence, depth and rest.
The space is intentionally small and intimate, allowing the experience to feel personal and deeply held.
Come as you are.
