What to Expect

We will begin with a guided mat-based mobility and stretching session designed to release tension, improve posture, and prepare the body for movement.

Experience the joy of aerial movement with 3 aerial yoga structures set against the stunning vineyard backdrop.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore beautiful aerial poses and transitions while being professionally photographed by Theo Niculae, an internationally recognized sports and fashion photographer renowned for his work in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Whether you're new to aerial yoga or already love flying, you'll leave with incredible memories and professional images in a truly unique setting.

Body Detox Workshop

Discover simple techniques to support circulation, recovery, and wellbeing through:

• Lymphatic self-massage
• Flow-based movement sequences
• Daily detox practices you can easily incorporate at home

Cancellation Policy

Tickets cancelled less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

However, tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
