Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a grounding and relaxing Yin Yoga practice to embrace the season's slower rhythm and softer pace. We will gently transition from mindful, slow movement into stillness, accompanied by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls.

Margherita will lead you through one hour of gentle Yin Yoga practice (EN), stretching, breathing and grounding the body to slowly transition to stillness. Michael will guide you into calm and meditation with one hour Sound Bath (DE/EN) experience, followed by warm tea and a delicious snack.
