The KLABHAUS x SYN EVERESTING Everesting Challenge

This isn’t a race. Everyone rides independently, manages their own effort and takes the breaks they need. You’re riding on your own, but you won’t be doing it alone: all day, we’ll share the same climb, the same base and probably a few difficult moments along the way.

Your ticket includes access to our base camp with storage for personal items, a hydration and fueling bar, and toilet facilities. Every participant will also receive a personal discount code for XYZ% off selected XYZ items.

Paid parking is available nearby.

Helmet and lights are mandatory. Please bring a spare tube, a toolkit and everything required to handle minor mechanical issues yourself.

An emergency number will be shared with all participants for serious incidents. A first-aid kit will be available at the base camp.

Spots are limited. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer participate, you may transfer your spot to another person free of charge until 48 hours before the event. Please contact us with the new participant’s details.

The challenge will take place in most weather conditions. The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event if weather, road conditions or other safety considerations require it. In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If no alternative date can be offered, the ticket price will be refunded.

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event and may be shared or used for marketing purposes.

GENERAL INFORMATION & WAIVER

By participating, you acknowledge that cycling on public roads involves inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

You confirm that:

• You are responsible for assessing whether you are physically capable of taking part.
• You are responsible for your own safety, decisions and actions throughout the challenge.
• Your bicycle and equipment are safe and in proper working condition.
• You have adequate accident and personal liability insurance.
• You understand that this is not a guided or closed-road event.

All participants must:

• Wear a helmet and use appropriate lights.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ride safely, predictably and with consideration for other road users.
• Carry the equipment required to handle basic mechanical issues.
• Stop participating if continuing would put themselves or others at risk.

The route remains open to traffic at all times. Participants ride independently and are responsible for deciding when to ride, rest or stop the challenge.

To the extent permitted by law, KLABHAUS, SYN and the organizers accept no liability for accidents, injuries, damage, theft, loss or other claims arising in connection with participation in the event.
