Join us this summer for unique outdoor Silent Workout experiences by the lake in Küsnacht 😊

These special events combine Latin dance vibes, toning exercises, music and positive energy in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by nature and community.

Expect a full-body workout designed to boost energy, confidence and mood — all through Silent Party headsets for an immersive experience by the water.

Whether under the morning sunshine or during sunset by the lake, these sessions are all about movement, connection and enjoying summer together 💛
