Impulse Summit Public Session with Roger Stilz

Public Session with Roger Stilz
From the Academy to the Transfer Market:
Building a squad the region can carry

A self-financed club. A stadium that is almost always full. And a sporting director who builds a competitive squad by developing players and balancing sporting ambition with financial reality.

How does that work? We ask Roger Stilz, Sporting Director of FC St. Gallen, at our Public Session. Together with Florian Hohmann (University of St. Gallen), we discuss youth development, the transfer market and the role of Swiss clubs in the European football business.
