Hey! Whether you're trying to figure out how to balance on your hands without crashing or you're already comfortable upside down and just want to refine your technique, you are very welcome to join this session.
This is a 2-hour outdoor handstand class open to all levels and designed as a safer, inclusive space for everyone—queer folks, allies, and anyone who wants to explore movement from a place of curiosity.
I won't promise you’ll master a solid handstand in two hours, but we will break down the mechanics, build awareness around your shoulders, hips and core, and share practical tools so you can keep exploring on your own without hurting your wrists.
### What we’ll be exploring:
- Bailing Safety: Learning how to fall out safely so fear doesn't hold you back.
- Wrist & Shoulder Care: Preparing the body properly to avoid overloading joint structures.
- Alignment & Mechanics: Understanding how weight distribution and pelvic position affect balance.
- Partner Drills & Spotting: Working in pairs with clear consent and communication guidelines to support each other.
- Progressions for All: Custom adaptations depending on where your body is at today.
### Practical Info:
- When: Thursday, August 13 from 18:00 to 20:00
- Where:
