Start the evening with an energising TRX workout led by the team from Joggeli Fitness.
20:30–20:45 | Ice Bath 🧊
Challenge yourself with an ice bath session! Need a break from the action? You are welcome to join the ice bath during the evening whenever you need a break.
20:45–22:30 | Beach Handball 🤾♀️
No experience? No problem! Beach handball is all about having fun, moving and enjoying the game together. Think of it as a fun beach sport, just like beach volleyball. And don't worry—there is no tough contact involved, so everyone can join!

Please note that ticket cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.
