Sledging Day Adelboden

Dear Erasmi,

Are you a winter fan and didn't get enough sledging this season, or you're curious to try? Then come sledging with us for a fun day on the slopes in Adelboden! Expect fresh mountain air and a chance to enjoy the snow together.

 REGISTRATION: Will be opened on Tuesday, 17th of February at 12:00 (noon) and closes on Saturday, 21th of February at 12:00 (noon). Get your ticket on Eventfrog!

WHERE:  We meet at the meeting point of Bern Main Station (under the big screen) 

WHEN: The event takes place on the 22th of February. We meet at 09:15 and will be back in Bern at 17:22.

With Halbtax subscription/ No train reduction/Night GA

• without ESNcard 65.- CHF

 Tickets include: Train tickets, sledging day pass, sledge

Tickets DO NOT include: food, drinks, protection gear (helmet, gloves)

Important Info: This event takes place in the snow, so please wear appropriate clothing (onion layers, waterproof layer on top), and don't forget to bring your own lunch.

ESN card discount

The ticket options “with ESN card” are available at a special reduced price for holders of the ESN card. Please only purchase a ticket from this category if you own a valid ESN card or if you plan to buy one in the near future. You may buy a card from ESN Bern for 15.- CHF. It is valid for one year and will give you discounts at our activities. Note that the card needs to be filled with your personal information and that it will be checked at the beginning of each activity.

GA

The “Generalabonnement” (GA) by the swiss train company SBB is a monthly or yearly subscription that grants holders unlimited travel on almost all trains. This is not handled by ESN. Please only buy a ticket from the category “with GA” if you own this train subscription from SBB. Halbtax (Half fare), GA Night and local transportation subscriptions are irrelevant for this ticket option.

Liability Message

Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants.

You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites.

You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts.

Participating to the ESN Bern events you agree to behave accordingly to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct.

Refund policy

 Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden. Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
