Emerging Waves ist eine 5Rhythmen® Klasse von Lehrpersonen in Ausbildung 

Die Praxis der 5Rhythmen® basiert auf der Lehre von Gabrielle Roth. Als Bewegungspraxis hilft Sie Dir deine Kreativität und deine Intuition zu leben, indem Du dich so bewegst, wie es gerade passt und dich auf eine Entdeckungsreise zu Dir und deiner Bewegungsmustern machst. Dabei tanzen wir durch die 5 Energieformen Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical und Stillness. 

Egal wo Du stehst, liegst oder zappelst, diese Praxis heisst alle willkommen, egal was Du denkst, wie dein Körper aussieht und woher Du kommst. Wenn Du dich darauf einlässt, wird es Dir helfen. Denn dein Körper weiss mehr, als nur dein Kopf. Die Gemeinschaft mit Dir und anderen bewegt dich in eine ehrliche, liebevolle Freiheit. Ein grosses Geschenk an dich selbst und andere, jenseits von sozialen Zwängen, Denkens- und Bewegungsmustern.

Kosten: 30.00 CHF  / Geringverdienende 25 CHF* / Jugendtarif bis 25 Jahre  20 CHF*

Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse und kannst einfach spontan vorbeikommen – eine Anmeldung ist nicht nötig. Wir ziehen uns im Studio (kleine Garderobe) um. Wir tanzen barfuss oder mit Socken (Antirutsch)

Emerging Waves is a class where you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the trainee, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.

Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor – opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.

This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms – one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another’s freedom and authenticity. Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.
