Join us for a beautiful outdoor prenatal yoga experience designed to support you through pregnancy—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This one-hour session is a gentle and empowering journey that helps you connect deeply with your body and your growing baby. Surrounded by nature in the peaceful setting of Schindlergut Park, we will move, breathe, and rest together in a safe and supportive space.

This session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are, listen to your body, and allow yourself to be held by movement, breath, and sound.
