Class Description
Yoga for Mums & the Little Ones + Tea time is designed for mums and their little ones of all ages (from babies to toddlers). A gentle yet energizing class where parents can:
- Move & exercise while still caring for their child
- Share playful moments that build connection
- Get out of the house and into a supportive community
- Create balance for body, mind, and family life
It’s yoga made for two (or more)!
What to Expect
- 9:50 am: Doors open & welcome tea served
- 10:00 am: Yoga & bonding session begins
- 10:45 am: Tea and healthy cookies for everyone
What to Bring
- Your kid, or kids. Or kids, bring your mum!
- A favorite toy, if you like
- Come as you are — mats, giggles, and wobbly poses included
