All bodies welcome and no background in movement necessary- it's for everyone who is curious and willing to play!
Gaga (1h) classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.
The Dance Party (30m) is an extension of "the last song" in a Gaga/people class. Participants dance together in low-light to a mix of juicy, groovy, and savage tunes, creating our own safe dance club. A search for, a journey of, pleasure. Each session will include a cool down.
