Connect to your intuition through creative expression

This healing art workshop invites you to attune to your creative voice, the Muse. We will do this through the process of Intentional Creativity®, combining intuitive painting, imaginative exercises and questions for reflection and journaling.

Intuitive painting can unlock emotional and energetic blockages, free your expression and make visible what your thinking mind can't reach. You will receive step-by-step painting instructions with the demonstration of each step. No prior painting experience needed. All materials are included.

In this workshop you will:

• gain access to your authentic soul voice
• discover new pathways to your intuition and experience the pleasure of creating from a place of embodied presence and flow
• differentiate your Muse voice from the voice of the inner critic
• develop more trust and confidence in your own inner knowing.

You will leave the workshop with the painting of your Muse as well as practical steps to help you connect to your intuition and creative voice in your everyday life.

WHAT TO BRING: your journal or notebook.
