Meditation Session with tea ceromony

In the age of AI, everything moves fast. We are honestly forced to keep up, and if we dont, we risk being replaced.

I´v met people who are already being replaced, and I´ve met people who are riding the wave of this new era and succeeding. I usually love teaching dance, but this time I felt called to organize a workshop about coming back to stillness and to your inner wisdom. Because only in stillness can you find your true voice. And that voice knows where to go and what to do. That voice knows your next best idea.. and we have to learn how to work with it and how to trust it.
