Each morning, we will begin with gentle movement practices to awaken our bodies—bringing warmth, flow, and relaxation. Throughout the weekend, we will gather for sharing circles, meditations, and alignment practices that help us return to our center and open to the subtle wisdom of our hands and hearts.
As we deepen our connection to our perceptive touch, we’ll allow ourselves to be guided—to listen, feel, and meet each other in trust and tenderness.
We will be held by the magic of nature at Jurtendorf, a unique and nurturing place that supports our journey inward and together
