Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing

Join Joanna for this Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing session designed to harness the energy of the Full Moon for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class. It's a time to find balance, peace, and harmony within. You will immerse yourself in this unique blend of yoga and healing vibrations for a truly enchanting evening. This event is the perfect opportunity to connect with the yoga community and unwind from the stresses of daily life.

The session will begin with a moon meditation and breath work, followed by moon salutations and a full moon-inspired Yoga practice to bring balance and calm to the mind, body, and soul. You can then cozy down, relax, and let go with a lunar-inspired sound healing session under the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, tuning forks, and aromatherapy for a higher state of peace, relaxation, and mindfulness.

After the session, you are encouraged to stay and connect with others in the community. There will be nourishing warm chai and some homemade plant-based snacks for all.
