Join Bodura for a focused handstand workshop with guest coach Andrea and coach Annika—both experienced handstand practitioners and certified personal trainers.
Whether you’re just starting out or already working on your freestanding handstand, this session will help you take the next step. You’ll learn how to kick up with more control, improve your alignment, and build the strength and confidence needed to progress towards a stable, freestanding handstand.
What you can expect:
- Guided warm-up to prepare your body
- Technique work to improve kick-ups, control, and alignment
- Wall-based exercises to build strength and confidence
- Freestanding practice with individual guidance
- Practical drills you can continue on your own
This workshop is open to all levels, but you should be able to kick up against the wall.

☀️ The event takes place outdoors in a space protected from sun and rain.
