Outdoor YOGA CLASS by the lake

Let's start the weekend with some flowy movement in nature. The Yoga Class will be in the beautiful lakeside garden of Chinawiese right by the lake. Whether you are a beginner orexperienced yogi, all are welcome. Miri’s yoga classes are a playful combination of strengthening and energizing sequences as well as moments of relaxation. Aligning movement and breath to cultivate mindfulness leaving you centered and refreshed. This yoga class is more than just a space to practice – it's a vibrant community, coming together to support and uplift one another. Please bring your mat or a towel.
