In his debut performance in Switzerland, Adam brings with him a wealth of experience, having performed for 42,000 people at comedy festivals and selling out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. He has also taken the stage at some of the UK’s most iconic venues, including London’s legendary Comedy Store.

Endorsed by comedy legends, Adam has not only performed live but also written for some of the most famous comedians. In just eight months, he authored a book that became one of the top-selling comedy books on Amazon worldwide!

About Sparkle Comedy Club:

For over a year, Elena D’Ambrosio and Lev Meniker have been lighting up Basel with Sparkle Comedy Club’s diverse and inclusive shows. From open mics to showcases, solo performances, and variety shows, they’ve brought their unique brand of comedy to venues like Klara, Basso, Fassbar, and Sudhaus. Their passion for inclusivity shines through in their collaboration with Funny Women UK and their variety shows, featuring everything from musical acts and burlesque to science slams.

About Elena:

Elena has performed in Switzerland, Paris, London, and Lisbon, honing her comedic craft through courses, most recently completing the Angel Comedy course in London under the direction of Dec Munro.

About Lev:

Lev’s comedy journey has taken him to stages across Switzerland, New York, London, and Luxembourg. He’s currently working on his solo show, Done by Hand, which will next be performed at Valhalla (in Basel) on December 14.

About Pavel:

Pavel is a regular in Zurich’s comedy scene and has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and internationally. His comedy weaves together anecdotes about culture, marriage, and life with cats, all through the lens of his Jewish faith. He’s also been mistaken for Mark Zuckerberg—19 times this month.

About Chris:

Chris Darwa has toured with Tony Law and supported Jessica Michelle Singleton, Elena Gabrielle, Trevor Lock and Victor Patrascan, performed internationally and is a regular performer in the Swiss comedy scene. After touring Europe in 2023 and performing at the Edinburgh Festival, Chris is about to tour his upcoming new show debuting in autumn 2024! Chris’ show are not to be missed!
