Get ready for the ultimate winter experience! On January 25th, the Limmat Ice Plungers are teaming up with Löyly for a special event combining movement, cold exposure, and heat therapy!
We’ll kick off with a 5k -10krun 🏃♀️ followed by our classic ice plunge into the Limmat 🌊. Afterward, you can warm up in one of the two cozy Löyly sauna hubs, each fitting four people (please wear your swimsuits 😂)! 💦🔥
