Arrival & Socializing (30 min) – Engage in casual conversations as you normally would, without guidance or structure. Drinks & snacks provided.

Yoga & Meditation (60 min) – A grounding practice to bring you into presence, quiet the mind, and activate intuition.

Socializing from Presence (30 min) – Experience how connection shifts when you engage from a more embodied state.
