Most breathing workshops happen in stillness:
You lie down. You relax. You feel calmer.
But life rarely happens lying on a yoga mat.
We breathe while walking, working, speaking, exercising, making decisions, and navigating challenging situations. If breathing influences us throughout the day, why should we only practice it for an hour a week?
Breathe. Move. Adapt. is an introduction to functional breathing and the concept of Air Hunger.
Through simple exercises, light movement, and guided exploration, participants will discover:
• How breathing changes under stress and pressure
• The relationship between breathing, movement, focus, and energy levels
• Practical tools to support recovery and self-regulation
• How to integrate breathing awareness into everyday life
This workshop offers a different perspective on breathing: not as a special practice reserved for moments of rest, but as a skill that can be developed and applied in real-world situations. My goal is not to teach techniques that only work during the workshop. The aim is to help you better understand your own breathing and leave with practical tools that you can immediately explore as a living skill that accompanies you long after the workshop ends, in your daily life.
