Breathe. Move. Adapt.
Credits: Mariano Silva
Most breathing workshops happen in stillness: You lie down. You relax. You feel calmer.
But life rarely happens lying on a yoga mat, right?
We breathe while walking, working, speaking, exercising, making decisions, and navigating challenging situations.
If breathing influences us throughout the day, why should we only practice it for an hour a week?
This workshop offers a different perspective on breathing: not as a "special practice" reserved for moments of rest, but as a skill that can be developed and applied in real-world situations. My goal is not to teach techniques that only work during the workshop. The aim is to help you better understand your own breathing and leave with practical tools that you can immediately explore as a living skill that accompanies you long after the workshop ends, in your daily life.
Come discover how breathing behaves when life is actually happening!
This is not a breathwork ceremony. No previous experience is required.

BIO:
Emeric Rabot (he/him) is a multidisciplinary dance artist and educator, trained at P.A.R.T.S., and holds a MAS in Dance Science. He has collaborated as a dancer with Fabrice Mazliah, Thierry Smits, Tabea Martin and Johanna Heusser. As a movement director, he collaborated with the dance company of Nelson Reguera in Cuba, and with actors under the direction of Sara Siré in Belgium. Emeric’s practice moves between spontaneous performance, movement research and dance science. His teaching method FULL developed alongside Flying Low and Passing Through, in which dance science and breath become tools for navigating unpredictability. He works with dancers and actors across professional and community settings, and contributes to dance-for-health projects with diverse communities. As part of his Master of Fine Arts in Dance Science, he currently explores breathing as a partner in movement, investigating how breath can shape attention and physical adaptability to foster recovery and wellbeing in dance artists.
