Join me on a special Yoga journey during and after pregnancy to connect to your inner strength and deep relaxation.
What to expect
This workshop includes:
- A Slow Flow and a Restorative Yoga Session ideal for during and after pregnancy
- Meditation and breathing (Pranayama) to connect to you (and your pelvic floor)
- Sharing circles and exercises based on Coaching and Mindfulness approaches
- Connecting with wonderful moms (to-be) and yourself in a safe space
- A hand-out with simple elements to continue your journey at home
Just come as you are - the workshop is very accessible and there is no previous experience needed. This is a safe space to experiment, relax, grow and laugh together.
Language will be English/German (depending on participants)
Bring a water bottle and comfortable cloths for gentle movements incl. a hoodie and warm socks for the relexation part with you!
