Join me at the cozy Headsquarter Yoga Studio, at Stockerstrasse 33, 8002 Zürich, for a special yoga journey during and after pregnancy to connect to your inner strength and deep relaxation.
What to expect This workshop includes:

Two full classes: A Strengthening Flow and a Restorative Yoga session (ideal for during and after pregnancy).

Meditation and breathing (Pranayama) to connect to yourself.

Sharing circles and exercises based on Coaching and Mindfulness approaches.

Snacks provided in between the sessions.

Connecting with wonderful moms (to-be) and yourself in a safe space.

A hand-out with key elements to continue your journey at home.
Just come as you are! The workshop is very accessible and no previous yoga experience is needed. This is a safe space to experiment, relax, grow, and laugh together.
Language: English/German (depending on the participants).
What to bring: A water bottle and comfortable clothes for gentle movement, including a hoodie and warm socks for the relaxation part!
Your investment: As in all my sessions, there are two prices (140 CHF / 75 CHF). Pay what you can, based on your personal income situation.
