Regulate
One of the main goals of bioenergetic exercises is to regulate emotions and improve well-being. Thanks to regular practice of expressing anger and irritation, you'll be able to manage stress, enhance the quality of your sleep, improve your confidence, and even boost your libido! This embodied work can help you become more assertive at work and in your relationships.
