LUMA is a Festival of Quiet Practices, a day devoted to the kind of stillness that lets a nervous system really rest. Hosted at Laboer in Oerlikon, it's our way of honoring quiet the way we'd usually honor celebration: together, and in community.
Breathe & Meditate with Guka and Drilon
As summer begins to shift into autumn, we invite you into 45 minutes of slowing down, listening and turning your attention inward. Guka and Drilon will guide you through conscious breath, meditation and stillness, creating space to notice what is present and what may be quietly emerging.
This is your moment to soften after the expansive energy of summer and connect with the more reflective rhythm of the season ahead. There will be space to rest, to dream, to breathe and to allow whatever wants to come next to take shape without rushing it.
Closing Luma Festival of Quiet Practices, this experience is an invitation to leave with a little more space within and carry it with you into autumn.
