- Conscious Connected Breath to calm the nervous system and open the inner landscape

- Sound healing & music carrying waves of grounding, flow, ignition, expansion, and soft dissolution
- Connection practices and simple meditation/rest to integrate
How it flows
Nothing rigid. We listen closely and follow what the group needs. The mix of breathwork, movement, sound, connection exercises, or meditation emerges intuitively in the moment.

Wear comfy layers. Bring water and (optionally) an eye mask.
Avoid heavy meals 1 hour before.
