ECSTATIC DANCE ZÜRICH · DANCE WITH THE SHADOW · HALLOWEEN

Theme: “DANCE WITH THE SHADOW · HALLOWEEN”
On Halloween, we gather for a night of movement, connection, and a little magic. DANCE WITH THE SHADOW is an Ecstatic Dance journey through the thinning veil—a chance to step outside our everyday roles, meet the parts of ourselves we usually keep hidden, and let the body move them into something freer.
Inspired by Halloween and the colorful, ancestor-honoring spirit of Día de Muertos, the evening brings together music, candlelight, marigolds, playful costumes, and real human connection.
Costumes are strongly encouraged: come as your shadow, an archetype, a creature, an ancestor, or simply a more playful version of yourself. No costume is required—come as you are. No dance experience is needed; just bring your curiosity, your body, and the willingness to cross the threshold.

Sound Healing by Alice and András
We usually close with a short sound healing to rest and settle after the dance. We follow the energy of the evening and our intuition, so sometimes we may close in a different way.

Come dance, breathe and celebrate being alive.
🌈 Come as you are — all genders, sexual orientations, identities, and expressions are warmly welcome.
💛 Your financial situation should never stand in the way of joining our events. If you need support, please reach out — your presence is a gift to our community too.
Lovingly 💜
