This 2-day Laughter Leader Workshop is an immersive, practical training combining science, movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation in a supportive and playful setting.
This experience goes far beyond “having fun”. You’ll learn why laughter works, how to use it safely and effectively, and how to lead others through it with confidence — whether professionally or personally. No jokes, no acting, no forced positivity.
