Püente x Bodegón - Nikkei Pop Up

Join us on Sunday November 3rd at Püente Peruvian Restaurant (Baumgasse 10, ZH) for a special pop-up featuring nothing but the best of Nikkei (Peruvian Japanese) flavours!

We will have the opportunity to collaborate with Püente, an creative Peruvian restaurant serving up fine fine Peruvian food in Zürich! Since Bodegón is 1/2 Peruvian, this is an exciting opportunity to explore and play around with Nikkei cuisine.

Expect a 6 course menu full of frsh fish, hearty dishes, funky cocktails and even Peruvian natural wines from Bodega Murga (ever had a wine pairing featuring Peruvian PetNat?).

The menu cost is 90 CHF - includes 6 courses of only premium ingredients, handled with care, passion, a lot of thought and a lot of love.
