In the rush of everyday life, we often lose touch with one of our most essential resources: our breath.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and rediscover a more natural, free, and supportive way of breathing. Through guided breathing practices, body awareness exercises, movement, and moments of reflection, you will explore how stress, emotions, and life experiences can shape the way you breathe — and how reconnecting with your breath can restore vitality, calm, and presence.
Together, we will create a safe and supportive space to:
• deepen body awareness
• release tension and habitual breathing patterns
• improve energy and emotional balance
• reconnect with inner calm and vitality
• experience the healing and regulating power of breath
No previous experience is needed. The workshop is open to anyone wishing to reconnect with themselves through breath and body awareness.
