AIRCRAFT

Aircraft is the solo project of Ukrainian musician Danyil Merkulov, founded in Kyiv in 2011. Blending lo-fi dream pop, synthpop, and darkwave, the project evolved from minimal drum machine recordings to a cinematic, melancholic sound.
After releases like Aeria and Evidence, his latest album "Death Is Around the Corner", came out on his own Berlin label @digitaldownshifting — a dark, intimate record shaped by displacement and independence. Aircraft now performs internationally from Berlin.
