MDH Breathing Coordination is a body work method based on functional anatomy which is gaining popularity in Europe and the USA. TOOLS TO TAKE AWAY INCLUDE:
• Breathing exercises to promote a balanced air flow and calm inhale for vocalising and playing wind instruments.
• Exercises to stimulate optimal breath support.
• Breathing Coordination Self Preparation Routine. This involves a gentle sequence of movements for the whole body timed with breath work and is designed to prepare the body for optimal breathing/performing.
