General: ACFE Switzerland Chapter reserves the right to cancel a luncheon. Should a luncheon be cancelled by ACFE Switzerland Chapter, registrants will get a full refund of the luncheon fee.

Cancellations: Due to financial obligations incurred by ACFE Switzerland Chapter, registrations must be cancelled prior to the luncheon. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full luncheon fee. Refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received
- up to 10 days before the luncheon: Full refund of the fee, a cancellation fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged
- less than 10 days before the luncheon: Full luncheon fee is due, there will be no refund. Replacements of the same organisation may be appointed.
ACFE Switzerland Chapter reserves the right to deduct the cancellation fee on the refund of the workshop fee that has already been paid.
