This workshop explores the most powerful—yet most subtle—tools of power dynamics: the voice, the gaze, and posture. How do you occupy space without filling it? How do you build tension without touching? How do you embody authority, gentleness, or menace through the simple positioning of the body?
On the agenda:
- Working on vocal projection and nuance
- Mastering silence and rhythm
- Using eye contact to create connection or disorientation
- Adjusting posture and gestures to assert your presence
- Developing natural authority, without exaggeration
Open to all levels, this workshop is a laboratory of embodiment. You will learn that true power does not shout: it breathes. 18+ and older.
