To truly inhabit your female body is the key to your deepest aliveness — to your authentic expression, your innate sensuality, your feelings, your wisdom… to your wholeness — as a woman. As YOU.

To be anchored in your seat — your intimate anatomy — means being rooted in a love and a power that nourishes and holds you from within.

To claim our inner seat means to occupy our space, to inhabit these places in our bodies where we are most powerful, and where we are most receptive.
Powerful — because we are directly connected to the force and wild grace of creation itself.
Receptive — because this is the place where we take in, absorb, and internalize so much (some welcomed, some not).

Being anchored here — in our wombs, in our yonis — in this most potent center within us, is essential if we want to live, express, and create our lives deeply connected, nourished, and loved. Aligned with who we truly and uniquely are.

For this we need to be in charge of what we take in — and what we create for ourselves.
These precious parts of your body are first and foremost a source of wellbeing for yourself, a source of aliveness, love, nourishment, connection, and creativity — for YOU.

The journey:
Over the course of five weeks — every Monday evening — we meet in a safe and nourishing space.
Together we dive into the depth of our female bodies — into this living temple full of undiscovered treasures.
We explore, sense, and touch areas like the heart, the breasts, the pelvis, and the yoni — in a way you may have never met them before.

Beautiful practices guide us — not as a technique, not to achieve anything — but to feel more deeply.
To listen.
To meet ourselves — beyond concepts.

This journey is an invitation:
To let yourself be touched by yourself
and to come home — to you, into your body, your sensuality, your aliveness, your truth.
With the support of your presence, your love, your curiosity.

(Sometimes we might go up to 75 min)

This course involves intimate self-touch — not with the goal to experience pleasure, but to FEEL and meet yourself, in innocence and naturalness.
To bring warmth, presence, and love to these precious parts of you.

There will never be an invitation to be seen on camera while we touch ourselves intimately — all we ever see is your head.
Everything I guide is an invitation; you follow yourself, your body, your pace, your yes — and your no.
Nothing needs to happen — everything is allowed.

This is one of my deepest intentions:
that we women learn to trust ourselves — and our bodies — again, completely.

About me:

As a lover of the mysterious ways of the soul and devoted student of the wild and sacred feminine, I guide women into remembering, inhabiting and reclaiming the sacredness and potential of their bodies and their sexual anatomy.

I am a yoga teacher, a facilitator in the Tao Tantric Arts for Women and in the Venus Portals work.
My background, in-depth trainings and immersions in yoga, classical and neo tantra, shadow work and embodiment modalities all flow into my passion of accessing a real and authentic embodiment of the sacred and wild feminine - encompassing all of our human experience and expression and remembering our access to magic, love, wisdom and the power to create.
