Curious about Pilates and would like to discover Mojo Pilates in a personal and supportive setting?

As part of our Mojo Pilates Discovery Days, we are offering a special introductory session for teenagers (13–17 years), designed to give a first experience of Pilates on the equipment in a safe and welcoming environment.

The session takes place in a small group with a maximum of 4 participants, allowing for personal guidance and a calm, focused atmosphere.
