After a beautiful summer of practicing together on the rooftop, our Tuesday evening practice is moving indoors - into the newly opened House of Movement in Zürich.
But we are bringing the spirit of our rooftop sessions with us.
Vinyasa Sādhana is a strong, breath-led yoga practice rooted in the tradition of yoga. Expect creative and dynamic Vinyasa sequences, powerful asanas, balance, mobility and moments that will challenge you physically - but this is not “workout yoga.”
The Sanskrit word sādhana refers to a dedicated practice: something we return to consistently as a way of cultivating awareness, discipline and connection with ourselves.

Some evenings may be fiery and powerful. Others more introspective. Sometimes we may begin with a mantra, sometimes end in meditation, explore a particular pranayama or bring a teaching from yoga philosophy onto the mat.
The intention is to experience yoga as what it has always been: a practice for the body, breath and mind.
You don’t need to know Sanskrit, chant mantras or have an advanced practice to join. Come with curiosity and a willingness to explore yoga beyond the asana.
