Yin Yoga with Live Guitar – at Street Food Festival Zurich
Start your day with presence, peace, and gentle movement. Join us for a calming 60-minute Yin Yoga class under the morning tent breeze at the Street Food Festival Zurich, accompanied by live guitar music by Mehdi Dehbandi.
Led by Aleks Dehbandi Nikolic, this class is a soft, grounding way to open the body and calm the mind. Yin Yoga is a cooling, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods – ideal for all levels. We’ll stretch deeply, set intentions, and begin the day with clarity and connection.
Please note: Each day features a unique sequence, so you can join both days for a richer experience.
