Move your Body in rhythm with wellbeing (with Yoga & Friends Zurich)
From 15:00 to 16:00, enjoy a mindful Hatha yoga practice with Sandra. Her classes are designed for all levels, focusing on stability and gentle, intuitive movement rather than extreme poses. It's about moving in a good way that connects you to your inner self. Please bring your mat.
Enjoy the connection with your Soul and community (with Zum Frischen Max)
From 16:00 onwards, we transition to a relaxed apero. Now that your mind and body are relaxed, it's easier to enjoy fully the new connections forming around you. Get a refreshing homemade iced tea or bubbly, and grab some tasty snacks like momos or nachos while waiting for a delicious burger or veggie bowl.

We gather before the official opening, ensuring the space is peaceful and quiet. Don't worry about rain – our tented rooftop has you covered!
