In this non-guided 45-minute Solo Journey, you’ll immerse yourself in a private group of maximum 6 students the healing power of a 30-minute Red Light Therapy exposure paired with a deeply soothing soundscape designed to calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system.
You’ll be gently supported as we set up your space with everything you need – from bolsters and blankets to eye masks and comfort props, so you can fully let go and drop into restoration mode.

🔴 What is Red Light Therapy? 🔴
Red Light Therapy works with red and near-infrared light, a science-backed method known as photobiomodulation (PBM). This light is absorbed by mitochondria – the energy centers of your cells – where it supports ATP production, circulation, and cellular repair.
