We are expanding our offer of fixed box offices! Thanks to Swiss Post and its 700 branches, you and your guests benefit from a dense and comprehensive box office network. Your guests can therefore buy their tickets both online and at a nearby post office. You can also find Eventfrog tickets at branches of SOB, BLS and many more.
This additional option will be available for all tickets without personalisation and also for event series. Once the event has been published and ticket sales have started, interested parties and future guests will be able to purchase tickets for the event at around 700 Swiss Post branches. Advance sales will take place regularly over the counter. Your guests can buy their tickets there without an account or registration and pay in cash or by card. And they will receive their tickets printed out directly on site.
Advantages of box offices
Online ticketing and internet sales have grown significantly in recent years and now account for at least 80 percnet of ticket sales. However, physical advance ticket sales at box offices are still justified and can mean up to 20 percent more revenue from ticket sales. Consumer friendliness and service are the key words here. For example: older audiences in particular are used to using box offices and are making use of the service. This avoids technical barriers such as a lack of expertise or equipment for both sides. Another advantage that applies across all generations: cash payment. This direct payment method continues to be appreciated by many.
