NO: Continue with step 2.
Was the amount deducted in your statement with your payment provider?
YES: Contact our support via email at support@eventfrog.net and send the payment reference number and further information about your order (event name, event date, order date and time, amount, etc.).
NO: Try to place the order again. Please note the possible sources of error:

Incorrect information
Please check whether you have entered all the information correctly.
Waited too long?
If it took longer than 15 minutes between clicking "Go to checkout" and completing the payment, the payment could not be completed correctly.
Missing 3D-Secure code

Interruption of the Internet connection
If the Internet connection is interrupted or the network is unstable, the payment process may have been interrupted.
