FAQs – Ticket sales at Eventfrog

Is publishing events always free of charge?

Yes! Events can be published on Eventfrog free of charge and without any limits. Visibility in the Eventfrog Eventcalendar as well as reach via the Eventfrog network are automatically included.

Which features are already available free of charge?

All core features covering the entire event process, from planning to on-site entry, including:

  • Online ticket sales
  • Creation of a seating plan
  • Entry control using the free Entry App

This means the free package covers the complete event workflow – from creation to entry on the day of the event.

Will any costs be added unexpectedly at some point?

No. Costs only apply if additional features are deliberately selected. Nothing happens without your consent.
