How do I create an event on Eventfrog?
Click on «Create event», enter the date, time, location, ticket types and prices – done! You can publish your event immediately without any review or approval by Eventfrog.
Is it really free for event organisers to sell tickets?
Yes. In the Free package, online ticket sales are 100% free of charge for tickets priced up to CHF 50.– – no fixed costs, no hidden fees.
Which payment methods does Eventfrog support?
Eventfrog supports all major payment methods for ticket sales:
TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PostfinanceCard – plus bank transfer & cash payments on site.
Tickets are also available at box offices across Switzerland.
Can I edit my ticket categories later on?
Yes. As long as you’re not using a seating plan, you can change ticket options, categories and quotas at any time – even after publishing.
How can I track my ticket sales?
In your Eventfrog Cockpit, you’ll find real-time sales statistics: number of tickets sold, total revenue, capacity and more – ideal for tracking success and planning your promotions.
