How can I create an event on Eventfrog?
Click on «Create event», enter the date, time, location, ticket categories and prices – and you’re done! You can publish your event immediately, without any review or approval process from Eventfrog.
Is it really possible to sell tickets for free?
Yes. With the Free model, online ticket sales are 100% free of charge for tickets up to CHF 50 each – no fixed costs, no hidden fees.
Which payment methods does Eventfrog support?
Eventfrog supports all common payment methods for ticket sales:
TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance Card – plus prepayment and cash payment on site.
Tickets are also available at ticket outlets across Switzerland.
Can I adjust my ticket categories later?
Yes. If you’re not using a seating plan, you can change ticket options, categories and contingents at any time – even after publication.
How can I track my ticket sales?
In the Eventfrog cockpit, you can view all your ticket sales statistics in real time: number of tickets sold, revenue, capacity and more – ideal for tracking success and planning your marketing activities.
