During this session, being true to our instincts, boundaries, and emotional states, we will be allowing and moving towards connecting with self and others, exploring the depth of our authenticity and vulnerability. Though dancing through fears and obstacles linked to intimacy is part of the process, our primary focus is to deeply experience the unfolding beauty of true connection and its healing power when we surrender to the energetic flow of life, love, and our interconnectedness.
Using various dance/movement therapy methods, Azul conscious dance, and other body-oriented techniques, we get into a deep experience supported by guidance and workshop structure, specially selected music, and the energy of other movers.

What is Azul conscious dance?
Azul conscious dance is a practice of deep listening and authentic movement. It's not about performing or looking good; it's about tuning into your body's natural rhythms and expressions. Whether you find yourself moving freely or engaging in subtle, internal movements, this practice is all about embracing what feels true for you in the moment. It’s an exploration that is freeing, fun, and deeply relaxing, allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self.

No prior dance experience is required. Everyone is welcome to go on this journey.

Important: We start at 11 am sharp and aim to finish at 1 pm. We always start on time. Come 15 mins earlier.
Price: Standard - 35 CHF. Students and unemployed - 30 CHF. Supporter ticket - 45 CHF: contribute more to support the event and its organizers, and help cover for Reduced and Community Support tickets. If you can't pay, contact us in advance and still join us.

Package: Get an 8-hour Pass for 120 CHF (standard) or 100 CHF (students/unemployed). This pass allows you to attend any combination of 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour, or 7-hour offline sessions in Zurich. If there is 1 hour remaining on the pass, you can either carry it over to the next pass or use it towards another session at a prorated rate. Ekaterina Kamenskaya is a powerful creator, coach, mentor and an Azul conscious dance teacher from Zürich.
Ekaterina has a rich and diverse background and experience:
- A PhD in Engineering and a scientific book publication
- A 17-year engineering career, including 13.5 years at Google
- Taught various courses to Google employees, such as Life Design, mindfulness, emotional intelligence based on neuroscience, human connection, etc.
- Led D&I and educational communities, gave talks at various conferences, organized hundreds of events
- Studied and practiced somatics, body psychotherapy, and conscious dance
- Offered mentorship and coaching
- Led multiple conscious dance workshops in Zurich since 2022
