After visiting Kambly Biscuit Factory, we’ll go on a lovely 1.5 hour hike to Langnau, the heart of Emmental. Next, we’ll take a short train ride to Affoltern and reach Schaukäsi. Here, we’ll tour Emmental factory and try the legendary cheese!
