Do you want to see the most beautiful cities and places of Switzerland while challenging other ESN sections in a national game all over the country? Then come and join the legendary Swiss Train Rally on Saturday, May 24th!
What is the Swiss Train Rally? We play all around Switzerland! Teams travel by train from one city to another, each with a different timing, and collect points by winning or solving challenges. The trips of each team are different and secret and you will discover 3 to 4 cities throughout the day. Teams of 10-15 participants will be formed, each team will meet other teams throughout their travel.
REGISTRATION: Purchase your ticket through eventfrog. For participating in the train rally, it is mandatory that you provide your contact data, as well as an emergency contact person (family member, friend, etc.). A link to a spread sheet will be shared through the official telegram channels of ESN Bern, where you will be asked to write down the informations. On the same spread sheet, you will be able to assign yourself to one of the six possible teams. There you will also find the link to the telegram group chat of your team.
WHERE: Meeting points will vary depending on the team you're in. The info will be given in the telegram chat of your team.

PRICES :
- ESN card + No train discount/half-fare: 15 CHF
- ESN card + GA: 5 CHF
- No ESN card + No train discount/ half-fare: 20 CHF
- No ESN Card + GA: 10 CHF
Tickets include: Train + Party ticket

Important Info: be aware that this activity has very limited spots. Wear comfy shoes to walk around and weather appropriate clothes as we're gonna spend a lot of time outdoors.

Participation in the ESN Bern program takes place at your own risk. The university and ESN Bern accept no liability for accidents that occur during ESN Bern activities. Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. You agree to allow ESN Bern to publish, copyright, and use pictures of yourself in print and electronic formats such as social media channels, publications, videos, and websites. You understand that you will not receive payment or other compensation for that. If you do not wish your pictures to be taken or published by ESN Bern - it is your responsibility to opt out and consequently inform the responsible event organisers before the event starts. Participating to the ESN Bern events you agree to behave accordingly to the ESN Switzerland Code of Conduct.
Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden. Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
